Our thesis
The infrastructure that powers the travel industry was not designed for this era. It was inherited — built for a world of lower velocity, narrower reach, and manual intervention at every layer.

Where we operate today

Each division enters a vertical where the infrastructure is most broken — and becomes structural to it.

I

Entravel

White label & agentic travel infrastructure

AI-native travel platforms. White label and agentic travel infrastructure for platforms that want to offer travel without owning the complexity. Purpose-built for AI-native distribution — delivering structured, instantly bookable inventory to AI agents via MCP, with conversion rates up to 5x industry benchmarks.

II

Ratestellar

Travel API distribution infrastructure

Powerful supply and distribution layer for the $1T+ travel market. Aggregates fragmented global hotel inventory into a single, unified API with market-leading room-level mapping and content enrichment — giving platforms access to best-in-class NET rates, margin optimization, and the ability to connect their own supply through one infrastructure layer. Invisible to consumers, transformative for partners.

III

MocatravelX

Direct hotel contracting & supply

Strategic direct hotel contracting layer securing competitive hotel rates at scale. Builds and manages relationships with hotels globally — bypassing traditional distribution intermediaries to access the most competitive inventory. Strengthens Ratestellar's supply advantage with differentiated, directly contracted rates, while creating qualified hotel partner lead opportunities for the Entravel Group's new payment and settlement infrastructure. Every contract won is a rate improvement felt across the entire ecosystem.

IV

Stealth AI Startup

Global payments & settlements

The applied-AI settlement and orchestration layer for the future of travel — building infrastructure designed to significantly improve efficiency, liquidity, and net margins across the global travel supply chain. Currently in stealth. Part of Entravel Group.

Founder
"The next chapter of global travel is held back not by a lack of demand, but by the infrastructure beneath it."
— Mathias Lundoe Nielsen, Founder, Entravel Group
To build the foundational platforms across distribution, supply, payments, and data that power the next generation of global travel Mathias Lundoe Nielsen is a serial entrepreneur and technology executive building infrastructure at the intersection of travel, stablecoin payments, and AI-native commerce. As Founder and CEO of Entravel Group, he is constructing what the industry increasingly recognises as the foundational layer for agentic travel — the next major chapter in how the world moves.

Born in Denmark, Mathias became the youngest person in Danish history to take a company public, having built and scaled a Scandinavian travel platform to IPO at a remarkably young age. He is also the youngest Scandinavian ever accepted into the triple accredited Executive MBA program at Henley Business School, joining a cohort with an average age of 45 at just 23. These milestones were not career checkboxes. They were early signals of someone who consistently operates beyond the expected pace.

Before founding Entravel Group, Mathias co-founded a Swiss blockchain studio alongside the founder of Saxo Bank, developing deep expertise in blockchain infrastructure, programmable finance, and emerging payment systems long before institutional adoption entered the mainstream. Over the years he has lived and worked across Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia — an international trajectory that shaped both his perspective and his conviction that the next chapter of global travel is held back not by a lack of demand, but by the infrastructure beneath it.

Entravel Group is the fullest expression of that conviction — replacing legacy infrastructure with programmable systems built to last.

Operating divisions

The infrastructure
playbook

Each division enters a vertical where the infrastructure is most broken — and becomes structural to it.

I

Identify

Identify the broken layer

Enter a vertical where the underlying infrastructure is architecturally declining — where the supply side was built for a previous era and cannot support the velocity of the modern demand side.

II

Build

Build the layer beneath

Build the foundational platform at the supply and distribution layer. Not the product businesses sell to consumers — but the infrastructure those businesses cannot operate without. Become structural before anyone notices.

III

compound

Compound across verticals

Each vertical deepens the architectural core. Every new division makes the platform more defensible. The network effect is recursive — the more volume flows through, the stronger the system becomes. Then move to the next industry.
Our Foundation

Vision, Belief & Thinking

Vision
To build the infrastructure that the travel industry runs on.

To build the foundational platforms across distribution, supply, payments, and data that power the next generation of global travel — replacing legacy infrastructure with programmable systems built to last.
What we believe
The defining infrastructure companies in any industry are not the ones consumers see — they are the ones that industries cannot operate without. Infrastructure compounds differently than products. It deepens with scale rather than fragmenting under it.

The infrastructure that powers travel was not designed for this era. It was inherited — built for a world of lower velocity, narrower reach, and manual intervention at every layer. We are building the next generation from scratch, vertical by vertical, across the full stack of what the industry depends on.

Travel was not built on consumer apps. It was built on systems - systems that no one sees, no one questions, and no one replaces. Until someone does.
How we think
The travel industry changes. Its infrastructure endures. We build the latter.

Most of the travel industry is still running on infrastructure designed for a different era. The gap between what exists and what is possible is where we operate.

We are not a product company that found traction. We are a platform company - one that builds the layers beneath products. The infrastructure that becomes structural to the travel industry rather than optional within it.

Every platform we build shares an architectural core. Every vertical we enter makes the next one more defensible.
